All Products will have a One (1) year limited warranty, and must be addressed with Low Low Boys inc. directly, and not your hobby dealer.

General Warranty Information

Warranties are only valid for items purchased as new. The warranty covers defects in workmanship, materials, or factory assembly exclusively. Other damages or malfunctions caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

Issues with parts

For issues with parts, please contact us via our Contact page and for any issues regarding our products, you may be eligible for an exchange or refund if applicable. For more information on refunds and exchanges, please see our Shipping & Returns page.

Items not covered

Items that were not received in damaged condition may not be eligible for returns due to the following reasons:

• Lack of maintenance, improper use, or abuse

• Component failure or premature wear resulting from crash damage

• Normal wear and tear of the product

• Damage resulting from water intake, including water damage
